My word is presence. I am so good at getting things done and preparing for the next that I forget to be present and pay attention to the small things that are happening everyday.
Love the word presence, Jessica! Thank you for sharing! I have a hard time being present in the current moment, too. Do you have any insights that have helped you be present so far? I’d love to know what you’re noticing!
Thank you, Valerie! That poem has become my mantra and it has opened me up to such a different way of viewing life and expectations. It’s only day 2, but I’m having fun with my February challenge so far!
Your word of the year is beautiful Aly and I can’t wait to see where it takes you. Also cheering you on with the plunge, paint, and poem. So excited for you and this creative journey. I’m working my way up in my “miles of hope” challenge and am going to try to get in 100 miles.
Overflow—you’re next level flow! I love that word for you in terms of creativity and also motherhood and how you show up for your clients. I pray you find sustaining energy and replenishment so that all of your service comes from an overflow 💛
Love your short poems. Looks like an inspirational view!
Also, this from your flow: "To move like liquid, running into unexpected places." What a beautiful image! I'm always amazed when I clean up spilled milk how it gets in the crevices and travels farther than I think it should. What a nice image to think of for your year (not the spilled milk part, the opening up to all the unexpected). Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, Ashley! Our views are incredible—makes it easy to be inspired!
Yes! I was thinking of when my son makes tunnels at the beach and the water always moves into dips and divots I didn’t see before. Spilled milk is another great example!
I am excited to see what unexpected paths this year holds!

Thank you, Jess! Love your miles of hope challenge—how many do you have so far? Also, so glad to be in the cohort with you again! 🤗
My word for the year is "overflow"- love our similarity here! And those pictures and poems- I am inspired.

Thanks for linking to my article Aly! I really enjoyed your pictures and will keep an eye out for updates on your cold plunge challenge!
Thank you, Amber! Your article was so helpful and very inline with strategies that have been super helpful in my own OCD recovery.
I’m glad you enjoyed the pictures and I’m excited to share more about the plunge challenge!

YES to "But like what time does the flow start?" and a flow chart to know when we're flowing. You have me cackling.
