Those 3 steps are so clear and helpful. I’m learning more and more about OCD and seeing so many overlaps with the anxiety work I do personally and with my 11-year old!

I’m glad you found the tips helpful! Yes, I’ve noticed so many of the tools I’ve learned in OCD recovery can be helpful for general anxiety, depression, and just those hard/overwhelming moments.
