The reverse poem is incredible, I love that format. And I’ll be thinking a lot about “honesty about pain not praise is the path towards peace.” Both poems are beautiful in their offerings

Thanks, Jess! Yeah, that quote really stuck with me. I think there is room for honesty and praise. And being honest usually paves the way for praise to bubble up.

Both. I loved the depression one because it gave a glimpse of what it might be like and the reverse was just powerful I think. I also don’t think it can be that easy to reverse it. ( I have no experience but what a journey many have to go through, hopefully not alone)
